Glenrock Estates Terms & Conditions:
 
We at Glenrock estates wish to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We ask that you please follow our rules and regulations below. We will do our best to remedy any problems or concerns you may have. If at any time you feel that something is not right, please feel free to contact the Manager.


1. Quiet hours will be maintained between 10 p.m. and 7a.m. Because of the open design of the tents, sound can travel a distance. Please minimize sound / music since other guests may be sleeping.

2. Occupancy of site is restricted to the registered guests only.

3. All children under the age of 14 need to be supervised by a parent or guardian.

4. Glenrock Estates is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries.

5. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts.

6. Conserve water. Our water is brought by sheer gravity from a natural spring from a nearby forest about 5 kilometers from the estate. Although nature grants us this blessing of a continuous flow it can still be depleted. We ask our guests to please conserve water.

7. CANCELLATIONS: An advance once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. In the event of “No Shows” the customer will be charged the full amount of the reserved time.

8. Glenrock Estate reserves the right to release all confirmed rooms for non-payment of deposit or pre-payment required.

9. RIGHT CONDUCT: We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the estate.

10. BREAKAGES / LOST Items: Any breakages / lost items inside the cottage caused by guest occupants during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote

11. LAIBILITY: The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the estate.


RESERVATION FOR ACCOMMODATION:


A reservation is made when the following conditions have been met:
- Glenrock Estates, Yercaud has reviewed the bookings and determined the requested time and if the type of accommodation is available.
- The required deposit is received by Glenrock Estates, Yercaud.

Notes:
- We do not have Debit or Credit card facility. Payment to be made in full via cash at the time of your check out.
- We do not charge tax on your stay, therefore a detailed invoice cannot be given, However a written bill can be given in writing or sent via mail.
- Reservations are taken on a “first come, first served” basis. No preference is given to previous customers of Glenrock Estate. If a customer makes a 50% advance the Tent OR The Tree House OR The Dormitory will be given to them.


ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:


Glenrock Estates, Yercaud will not permit illegal activity anywhere on the property. The Glenrock Estate management and staff will assist the police and courts in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
